On my right side around my hip-bone/"ovary" area there's a hard spot at first I thought it was my hip-bone but it's not. It doesn't really hurt it feels like a sore muscle but that doesn't explain the hard spot. I've had this kind of problem before but the pains always really sharp and I've never felt a hard spot I'm 19 I'm fairly healthy. I'm on my period right now and I'm not sure if this matters but I'm not cramping when usually I'm curled up in a ball from being in so much pain. I was just kind of wondering if anyone might think they know what could be causing this.

Is it exactly on your hip bone or is it a little closer to your groin area? Sounds to me like it might ne a swollen lymph node. Swollen lymph nodes can be caused by a number of things, cold, virus, drug reaction, cancer, and many others. Best thing to do is have it checked out by your doctor.
