Does intertherm ac model ASCB-030-BBBB have a heating unit. This unit does cool sufficiently for mobile home installation.

Usually mobile homes that come brand new from the factory only have furnaces in them. This would hold true for manufactured homes in the colder climes. If you lived in say Florida you might have gotten an a/c unit only but I seriously doubt it. Usually an air conditioning unit is added on after the home is delivered and set up.

Do you have an outside a/c unit condenser? If you do then chances are you do have a furnace that goes with it.

The ASCB series from Intertherm is a packaged A/C unit only according to Intertherm. This unit sits entirely outside and does NOT have a heating system in it unless a add on electric strip heater was added to the unit and that cannot be seen or figured by the model number. It is a 2 and 1/2 ton unit.
