I have noticed that water is leaking from my furnace. There is rust and water inside the unit when I open the top panel. I have an Air-Ease Ultra V Tech 91 unit. We cannot seem to find where the leak is coming from. Where might the leak be coming from and how can I fix it? There are two clear tubes but those don't appear to be leaking. We are not mechanically inclined people but would rather not pay someone to fix this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to perform just like a service person. That means you will have to track down the leak source. That could mean taking apart the furnace until you find it.

I have a bad feeling that even if you do find it you will not be able to safetly perform the repair and the part you need which could be under warranty will not be available to you.

The new style energy furnaces are not user friendly and without hands on experience with that unit and additional service training your chances of success are almost none. You also have to consider your safety and the safety of your family since improper repairs. Sorry but trying to help you disassemble a furnace over the net to find a leak and then putting it all back together properly with any new parts that are needed is not within the time span for being on this board.
