I have two sinks in the master bathroom. The cold water handle of one sink suddenly stopped working. When I turn the cold water on, nothing comes out. The hot water works fine and both handles on the other sink work fine. The valves under the sink are fine.

Could it be something in the handle that needs to be replaced? Or am I better off replacing the entire faucet? In either case, how do I check? It is a Delta faucet.
