A friend of ours just called she said her offsring from her dogs last litter mated with the mother last night and wondered if there was a morning after pill for dogs or what she should do if there is not.

You need to get to the vet immediately.
The longer you leave it the less effective the injection will be (it is an injection not a pill)

If you are too late for the injection I would suggest a spay/abort.
The b*tch should have been spayed after *cough*BEFORE*cough* her first litter anyway and the male neutered.
