I have my 48 year old sister who want leave my house. She been staying with me and my family on and off about 6 years now she don't want to work are help pay bills. The house I'm living is my parent house and they ask me to stay here this is not a homested house. I need help what should I do?

If your parents own the home then they are the ones that will have to do the leg work for a formal eviction. You will need to follow the rules of where you live. If she still refuses then the police will remove her by force and if needed you can get restraining orders against her.

They ( parents) have to do this. Since it is not "YOUR" house, it is their house. They will need to give her a written notice to move. Then if she does not then they will have to file a formal eviction though court
