Can I receive my w2 on line for unemployment I drew in 2009 or do I have to wait for them to send it.

Did you bother to read Judy's answer? First you don't get a W2 you get a 1099. Second, whether you can get it online or not depends on what your state offers. Your best bet is to log on to the site and see if they offer it.
