I moved in with a friend to help him out and to replace the current roommate that wanted out. I told him I would pay the portion of rent the other guy was and when the lease is up we could find a bigger /better apt. I have never signed a lease or filled any applications out. I also believe that the landlord doesn't really know that I live there. At the end of my first 30 days my roomates boundary issues with his boyfriend and the such are lacking. He thinks he can roam the apt naked with his boyfriend and have " relations".. you I know its very strange. Anyhow I want out. And I have plans to pay him a personal loan I still owe him and tell him I'm leaving. The lease he has is until April . I cannot handle the boundary issues anymore and it makes me very uncomfortable. My questions is am I leagally responsible to stay until April or can I just leave and call it good. I am afraid he will try and take legal actions against me . That's the type of person I now have found out he is.. please any official info would be helpful . I live in Florida and don't know all the laws regarding my situation .

If you "make an agreement" then you have a verbal contract, assuming you pay monthly, you will need to give a 30 day notice to move.
From one side

If there are naked people running around, you may have grounds to merely move and break the lease, but if they don't agree, they may sue and you will have to defend your point. And then it is up to the judge to decide
