Where is the radiator drain plug for a 1997 buick park avenue

You may have to remove the air dam to see it. Likely, it's located on the passenger's side of the radiator.

Refill with a 50/50 mixture of Dex-Cool and distilled water or Prediluted Dex-Cool.

The drain plug looks like it's on the opposite side from the radiator cap, located on the bottom:

Now, I believe the drain plug is on the driver's side of the radiator.
