I drive a limousine and have a 1099
I pay a lease with the company can I claim that back?
Can I claim a perentage of my cell phone bill if so how much?
I work from home can I claim office space if so how do you calculate the cost?
As I have to wear business suits can I claim them ?

Is the limousine used ONLY for business purposes; how much of the cell phone is used for business purposes; the home office is a percentage of total space but whether the space is used only for business matters (IRS is tough on home offices); do you wear the suits ONLY for business (and this also is something very difficult to prove).

I have asked that this be moved to the tax forum.

You cannot claim the business suit because it does NOT meet the criteria of a uniform that can be worn ONLY for work.

The rest is deductible, though JudyKayTee's note about the home office IS accurate.
