A missed period is usually the first sign of pregnancy, however in saying that every women is different.

No one online can tell if your pregnant or not,you need to do a test and/or visit your doctor.

Please keep in mind home tests may give a false negetive,so I suggest you get your doctor to rule out pregnancy.

So is it possiable I could be?
We had unprotected sex jan4th. I have been off my period for a month. And we also had unprotected sex the jan5th and jan6th. I started my period on the jan8th. I have been feeling extremely tired. A little sick but nothing big. And back hurts and headache. Could it be something different?

Could you be pregnant? Yes. Unprotected sex makes it a way BIGGER chance for you to get pregnant.

My suggestion to you is to go to your doctors and ask for a blood test. They can determine pregnancy much quicker than a urine test.

What kind of protection are you using? If your blood test clear out negative I severely suggest you start ANOTHER method of contraception!

My opinion, if you can't put on a condom who's to say you can remember a pill everyday at the same time.

I'd go with an IUD, the shot or the ring.

I have another question:
-How old is your fiancé?
-How long have you been in this relationship?

What if you ARE pregnant? What will happen? Are you prepared for a child?
