I figured it be cheaper in the long run to buy a nice zero turn lawn mower and cut the front and back myself. I have a bit of property. It cost about 2,000.00 bucks a year to have the landscaper doing it. The lawn mower will pay for itself in 2 yrs. The only thing is I don't have any way of getting it to a place to be serviced or fixed if it breaks. What should I do. Is there service people that come out and do that kind of stuff

I am sure that there are people that work on them at your home and if they can not repair it there they will have a trailer to haul it to their place of business.

Hi,
I believe Sears offers that service in some urban areas, and I know that Deere has been pushing their Ready to Mow service to their dealers and promoting it. You can even make your preliminary appointment online at their website.
I am sure there are probably others and you may want to check your Yellow Pages under Lawn... to see if you have independents in your area.
Peace,
Clarke

Yep, we have places that will do it. They even offer tune-up services that will pick up the mower.

Hey, if you care to get your hands dirty a bit, we can walk you through the easy stuff anyway like tune-ups and oil changes.

I'll recommend a trickle charge for the battery for the winter months if it isn't used.
