91 mazda miata won't start I drove it in day parked it then went to leave next day wouldent start I cleaned the battery conections then it started that happed twice know won't start at all don't turn over or click what's going on

Remove and fully charge or replace the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free.

Already did that battery is fine could it possibly be the starter

Yes, it certainly could be a bad starter motor. First, try checking all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

OK so I had the starter tested works just fine am I missing something somewere like ignition switch or something like that

If the starter motor does not crank, as in Step 6, the problem is with the ignition switch, neutral start switch, or wiring.
