Tough stop, once it was "repoed" it was legally their car, they gave you ownership back when you went and paid them and picked the car up.

If you can prove, to a judge with evidence that can be presented, that they did the damage, you may have a case, but even then I am not 100 percent sure.

Did you file a report of the damage with the Police and/or repo company when you picked it up? If not you have an uphill fight to win in Small Claims Court.
