My wife keeps on lying to me what should I do ?

I have not helping the only time I get the truth is when she knows there is no one out
Counseling seems like the only option I have I really don't know what to do

What does she lie about? Is it mundane things that really don't matter or are the lies about big things?

It could be that she has a serious mental problem where she can't help but lie. Has she been checked by a doctor?

To start with she lie about sms to and from her director he pick her up and drop her off from work and home the issue comes they had a sexual fling before I met her so about 2 moths ago I found 2 sms's on her cell to him with sexual comments when I confronted her so told me he forced her to do so ten only to find she lied about the amount of times she did it with him and n 3rd person got involved and the lies just keep on and on then she lies about things like emails from her to me only to find it's not her own words but his then he write her email to make me think it's her with her there with him
