I just checked out my credit report and I have a defaut judgment on my credit reort from malden mass court on 2/2007 that I knwe nothing about. I don't even know who the co id columbia credit ser. Any thing I can do about it.

Go to the Courthouse and ask to see the file. Review the file, determine if it is correct (it appear that you were not served which is grounds to vacate) and decide how to proceed.

Keep in mind that if you have no legal defense and manage to get the Judgment dropped you will undoubtedly be properly served and the creditor will attempt to obtain a legal Judgment.

It appears as if you can be served by first-class mail in Massachusetts:

Like Judy said, find out how they allegedly obtained service. You may be able to have the suit dismissed based on that.
