I'm in 8th grade and I want to lose weight. Nobody has told me I'm fat but when I look in the mirror I see myself fat. I honestly don't know what to do, I've even had thoughts of going anorexic..

I would see a counsellor to figure out why you a) believe you are fat and b) think that being anorexic is a viable solution.
Good luck.

Anorexia is a disease. It effects your entire body and it can be fatal.
If you think that this is something you want then you really need to see a therapist and get help before it's too late.

But I honestly don't want to tell my parents, they'd KILL me.

If they are good parents they would happy that you went to them with your concerns. Parents want to know what's happening if their childrens' lives.

No they won't. It's a parents job to keep their children safe. Anorexia isn't safe. If they're good parents then they'll make sure you get the help you need.
Anorexia will kill you. Your parents won't.

Well, you have a normal weight.
From this site: Calculate your BMI - Standard BMI Calculator (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/)
You can reduce your weight down to 98 lbs to be in the normal weight range.

It may be slightly overweight, but it's more normal than being anorexic!
Anorexia is not the way to go. You will just regain more weight back after you stop and damage both your emotional and physical health. You can also develop a lot of health issues and your metabolism will go down hill- which means that you will have even more trouble burning off calories and keeping your weight down. You will eventually regret becoming anorexic too so you should just not become that way so you won't have to regret it.
The best thing to do is to eat healthy foods, watch your caloric intake, and exercise or join a sport. That is the only healthy way to lose weight. By excerising, you can also lose weight where you want to, while by becoming anoexic you will lose weight in places you don't want to and you won't build muscle.
If you are concerned with the way you look and the way others look at at you, you will find that becoming anoexic will only make it worse. If you have seen anorexic people you can see that they don't look too great... and people don't think too highly of them either. The sad part is that they still aren't happy either and their condition has just become an unhealthy habit.

Eating disorders are the bigest no-no you can make. Not eating starves your body of the nutrition it needs so much, causing your body to literally digest itself as stupid as it sounds it happens. I myself for a period was Bulimic, it was one of the stupidist decisions of my life. Never again will I think about that, I jog in the morning and eat healthly food. If your so inclined on losing weight then eating good food and exercise would be a good way to go.
