I have been currently seeing these blue dots that I can see through the have not gone away for the past year. Even when I close my eyes I still see them, my vision is still perfect though it hasn't got better or worse its just been like this.

Have you been to the optometrist? It could be something simple; I'd get it checked out.

Absolutely, this could be caused by a number of things. And since none of us here are Optometrists we can't really TELL you what is wrong.
