I have traffic warrants in excess of $3,000 and would like to know if it would be better to hire a lawyer or try to post bonds for them?

Hello j:

I think you're better off hiring a lawyer.

My son had many traffic violations and a lawyer was able to get them reduced and helped to set up payment arrangements with the court.
I think a lawyer is a must.

But in the long run, he may have to do both, the "bonds" are merely to keep you out of jail till the hearing, and if there are fines can be applied to them.

So the attorney will work on a deal but you may have to turn yourself in on the warrants before they will deal
