The trick at first is to pretend that you have confidence and self-esteem when you don't have any at first and you'll begin to develop these feelings and skills thru-out your dating experiences, just be yourself and don't be fake. If that doesn't help practice some dating exercise with a girl that's a friend whom you are close with to get you started on your feet.
