I have a True Heat Model TH42 Fireplace. The company is no longer in business. I need the replacement panels for the sides and back. The floor also has a crack running from the front to the back. Can I get replacement panels for this and where? Can I put the fireplace caulk on the floor or should I replace it also?

Call this company. They sell fireplace doors and other parts and they might be able to give you a line on finding parts for your True heat unit.

The floor panel can probably be cut from standard size stock and possibly the side walls can also be made but check with the company above first.
