We just moved, the ac (coleman) is fairly new (2yrs old). The fan won't start or go. But the unit won't turn off either. Wiring on outside panel was checked and is fine. HELP

We just moved, the ac (coleman) is fairly new (2yrs old). The fan won't start or go. But the unit won't turn off either. Wiring on outside panel was checked and is fine. The fan is the outside fan, and the air does blow in the house, heat and a/c. :confused:
