I have electric heat and have been using humidifers and even bowling water on the stove, I have very dry sinuses to the point they bleed, my eyes get dry and throuat and chest hurts to breath when get very dry.. I have caused mold to grow on my bed room wall and water is running down my wndows however my sinuses feel better but I'm allergic to mold and am 8 months pregnant.. help please, what can I do to put moisture in the air but not cause mold to grow??

A humidifier should answer all of your needs.
