I urinate every one & half hours even at night I have to get up my exam goes for 3hrs my teacher does not allow me to go & I have to leave my paper in between
On my day I did not drink a drop of water
I do not have diabbetes or other urinal infections
It just happened suddenly & my urine is as white as water
& I drink loads & loads of water a day I just can't control it & even if I do not drink I have to urinate every 2 hours please help this is ruining my life

There are medications for an overactive bladder.

Can't tell if your male or female but it doesn't matter. Practice Kegel exercises: Identify which muscles control your urin stream. Contract and hold for 20-30 sec or so, relax and repeat about 10x or more.
