I am a girl and my body some times has problems chagning and I have a hard time dieting how do I lose weight and keep it off. How can I adapt to a new life style?

According to Dr. Whittaker, (Whittaker Wellness Center in Long Beach), if you go for a 45 min. walk, at least three times a week, first thing in the morning, and only fasting on tea or water until lunch, you will lose weight. He states that is when the most fat is being burned because the body is using up the last fat reserves from the natural fast during sleep. This is compared to exercising after eating just to get rid of the calories, which will burn carbs, but not much fat.

Of course, you do not do this if you have diabetes or low blood sugar and will notice a drop in those levels.

Honestly, it takes a long time to gain it, so there is no FAST way to lose it.

All in all what has worked for me: I have seen a nutritionist, gotten a meal and fitness plan, and actually stuck to it.

If you want to change your lifestyle it's not going to be done overnight. It takes time, and real dedication.

There is no easy way, but focus and motivation is the key. Set yourself a goal weight, I followed the weight watchers program and lost 13kg in 8 months. Weight Watchers is a life style we should all be doing, you can still eat your chocolates, cheese, cream etc. but in moderation. Once you start losing weight it spurs you on to keep focused. Hope this has helped you
