Hi not sure how to start this I have been with my wife for over 10 years she came with 4 other children from a previous relationship and we have 1 of our own who is now nearly 8 years old and the oldest being 17 she has had a very difficult life through her teenage years with her real father committing suicide and her step father abusing her mother and then it turns out he is now gay . A year and a half ago she tried to take her life for the first time and has done so on 2 more occasions each time it has been me who has saved or found her . I have been down the system seek ing mental health specialists etc now here is the problem they have diagnosed her with a personality dissorder and social agrophobia since they put a label to her problems she has got worse to the point of nearly every month at the time of her period she seems to go so down hill to the point of near suicide ,now I try to keep as much away from the kids as possible ofering them the chance to talk to child phsycologist,s etc the bottom line is we are all worried to the back teeth for her never really knowing if she is ever going to pull through or not . I have had to give up work and become her full time carer as the system seems to be letting us all down badly no one seems to want to help I go to her doctor they send me away with very little or no advice she is a patient at the local mental health hospital even they seem to be giving up on her and slowly withdrawing the help offering very little left to try so it seems to be me again on my own tryng to raise 5 children and nurse 1 very sick wife can any body help as this is starting to affect me and I can't allow this to happen because if I can't cope the children will go into care and my wife perhaps into full time care and I don't know what will become of me please help many thanks b.

This is a world wide website. Be patient, we volunteer our time here. The people who may be able to help you may not be online at the moment.
