I am a US citizen now.My parent adopted my brother after birth . N0 formal adoption papers,my brother birth certificate shows that my mother is his birth mom and My mother left Philippines 2001 and visit once on 2006 for a year and back in US.My brother left with my Dad and my sister and brother,my dad passes away 4 years ago.My Mom still involve and send them money for their needs.I care for my brother so much. I took care of him when he was still a baby,in fact I wanted to adopt him that time ( I was only 22 years old then) but my Dad disagree thinking I won't get married because I have already luggage. I felt our Mom neglect him. He needs a motherly love. He is stubborn now and I understand him. He felt abandon. Sometime money is not enough.Me and my husband can't have children and I wanted to be a mother.
