I found no water from the shower and toilet yesterday morning, which the connecting pipes to the fixtures are inside the exterior wall. I took apart the shower handle and blown in hot air with a hari drier, got shower worked but still no water getting to toilet tank after I heat the bathroom with a portable heater for a whole day. The pipe line goes in the batheroom in the following order: sink, shower then toilet, I have no problem with the sink, (toilet and showers are against the exterior wall).

I even cut a hole on the wall close to the toilet and tried to warm up the all and did not work, any way I can get water back to the toilet, and I did not locate any leak from outside. Thanks.

Hi SFcdmuy...

Use the hair dryer or even better, a torch or a paint stripping heat gun and heat the water pipe to the toilet... disconnect the toilet supply tubing first, of course.

Then, with the toilet shutoff in the open position heat the water pipe to the toilet. The copper tubing is a great conductor of heat so by heating the pipe itself you should be able to free up the frozen pipe, although it may take some time. Be ready to shut the shutoff as soon as water starts to flow. Be clear here, that the shutoff MUST remain open to thaw the pipe.

Try this... let me know how it works out... OK?
