I was seeing this guy who I let move in with me. He was told by his two roomates that he had to be out by the end of the month (2 weeks). He could've gone back home but at the age of 23 didn't want to so I let him move in with me until he got on his feet. He helped me out a lot with bill's and a new bed. Later on he also got us a new TV. Needless to say he never ended you leving it was all kind of just out on me. He had started to act very jealous which was pushing me away from him. He is no longer here but has key to my place and possibly made one to my car. I told him to take the TV when he first let and didn't want to.He like sto use it over me. He wants the stuff he helped get back. So do I give it back or not? What if I don't and he comes in my house with a key? Also, I have a small child and don't think its fair if he can just come in my home. I don't want my child to be affected by this either. I've been trying slowly to break it off with him but he doesn't want that and starts getting nasty saying he going to come to my house and wants everything back. I'm a single mom with not a whole lot of money which it seems he just loves to hold his over me.

1. change the locks, don't allow him ability to come and go in your home if he is not living there.

2. if he paid for it, let him take it, but give him a specific date and time to come get it, and have a third party there.
