I deleted the csrcs file but I still get the missing csrcs.exe error on start up. What should I do to fix this? Thanks

Run "HiJackThis" and post the log here.

To remove the message on boot
-type msconfig
-go to startup tab
-take the check out of the csrsc.exe and click Apply

You did remove the file, which is good

Once to this point, you are OK but link below are steps for situation, there is a registry edit also - if not comfortable with the registry edit, you can leave it there (will not hurt anything) or if you know someone you trust, you can have them remove the registry entry
