I am looking for the name of the legal document that I have to file to petition the courts about different visitation rights. I live in Florida, and I recently gave up temporary custody of my son to my parents. In the legal document, there are no stipulations for visitation. I think my parents are being unfair for a number of reasons. First off, they insist on weekly drug tests (that is why they initially were given temp custody). This last week came up positive for cocaine. It was a false positive that probably came from my liver disease. They want me to pay an additional $30 to send this test to the lab and it still may be innacurate. They give me very short visits that are supervised. I know I have more rights than this, and I want to file in the courts.
