I have a Kohler K-596 or 597 (not sure). It was installed about a year ago. The hot water pressure has always been very very weak (not usable), and we have good hot water pressure throughout the house. We have been too busy to deal with it for a while but now I am getting around to it. I tried switching the hot water and cold water lines as mentioned in another post and found that the problem is definitely the faucet. When I switch them the cold water now has the totally weak pressure, and the hot water has a pretty decent pressure. Not as good as the cold used to be and nothing like the waterfall I get in the bathroom and elsewhere, but several times the weak pressure it had when the lines were in the correct arrangement.

Does anyone know what piece I might need to take out and clean or anything? Would prefer to give something a try rather than wait for Kohler's support division to open back up on January 4th. I have time now, better to go for it. :) I don't know a lot about plumbing but am willing to figure it out as I go.
