My sister got in trouble for being with this chronic shoplifter... now she is on probation... she violated by not paying and they have since put a warrant out for her. It was like in march I think. How much time would she get when she turns herself in?

There's no way to tell how much time she's get. She COULD be required to serve her entire underlying sentence...
