My printer will not print maps from a web-page-- it prints the top and sides of the web page put just a blank space where the map is suppose to be-- it looks fine in print preview, but will not print the map?

It could be the web browser you are using. Try it with Firefox or Google Chrome and see if it is any different. Oh, and I'd make sure you are using the latest version of whatever browser you use, and also update your printer driver to the latest level.
