I am 12 and I stay by my dad anyway I started having my period last night:) my dad helped me:) I want to ask,I am very sore and I am bleeding a lot that I get dizzy and also little hard things coming out its very sore. Is this normal?

My dad gave me asprin for pain and also a hot water bottel to put on my stomach.

It is normal to be very sore. I get the worst cramps =/ and have to lay with a hot water bottle too. Also, your period is basically cleaning out your system, meaning there will be dark red, almost black clots aside from a regular blood flow. Don't freak out and think that you are going to bleed to death! It may look like a lot of blood, but it really is not as bad as it may seem. Take it easy and rest. Dizzyness, headaches, and cramping are normal. You could try an ibuprofen to ease the pain.
