First of all, how much and for what are you suing them? Do you have legal representation?

If you go up against B/A without an Attorney I predict you will be slaughtered - B/A doesn't fool around. BUT if you want to know where to sue them you can serve ANY branch in ANY City.

Again - B/A doesn't fool around and will ask for their legal fees to defend, which fees may very well be awarded to them if you lose.

I'm not saying it's fair. I'm saying that's how it is from my experience.

Before you go off tilting at windmills it might help if you give us some background on your suit. Taking on BofA is daunting and you really need to have all your ducks in row.

You serve their registered agent. He's listed with the agency who regulates corporations in your state. You can probably find out online.

All large companies have specific offices that receive their legal mail, Merely call up any local branch or call the office you deal with and ask them for their legal department phone number or at what address they receive legal mail.

OP is talking about Small Claims Court - any Officer at any branch can be served as long as there is jurisdiction.
