CAN I HAVE A 10 YEAR RESIDENTIAL LEASE IN FLORIDA? I signed a ten year lease with my landlord. I have lived lived in the house for four years. The property went into foreclosure and is in possession of the bank. They are aware that I am the tenant. Must they honor my lease? Or can they ignore it.

Generally a foreclosure voids any residential lease. However, they must give you 90 days notice to vacate.
Have you tried talking to them about buying the house? They may allow you to take over the mortgage without a down payment.

OK without pulling out a lot of books, I don't believe you can have a 10 year residence lease in Fl to start with,
But even if you can, once the house is foreclosed, the lease is voided.
All they have to do is give you a 3 month notice to evict you.
