Depends on where you live.

First, we do not allow text speak here. If you want help you need to type in full words and sentences.

Second, if you are not going to have sex, then why are you worred about getting pregnant?

Third, depending on where you live it is likely he could be charged with statutory rape if you engage in sexual activity with him.

So to answer your question, you can kiss and nothing more.

A 17 yr old dating a 14 yr old is at the edge of reasonable. A 14 yr old girl has little in common with a 17 yr old boy. The two of you are at very different stages of development.

What do your parents think of you dating him?

I thought this was a friend of yours.

You need to be honest and tell the truth.

Good catch J.

So, are you having sex? If so, your parents could charge this guy with statutory rape, he'd be on a sex offenders list for the rest of his life. I don't think it's worth it.

At 14 you have no business having sex, you're just a kid, your brain isn't fully developed.

Slow down!

I've merged your threads. Looks to me like you asked about yourself, then decided you should make it like it was a friend. You are pretty anonymous on this site so you don't need to pull the "it was my friend" gambit.

A 17 yr old deflowering a 12 yr old is, in all likelihood, a pedophile. He should have been reported.

What I suspect here is that you have gotten a rep for being easy and older boys may be interested in you just for that reason. And/Or you like the attention of older boys and are willing to put out to get it. In most places, 16 is the age of consent. So that means you are most probably, jail bait. Boys willing to risk jail to have sex with you are probably losers who can't get it on with girls closer to their own age.

Bottomline; NO ONE should engage in sexual intercourse until they are physically, emotionally and financially ready to have a baby. You fall short on ALL three.

You need to learn to say no and keep your legs together. Any boy who requires sex as part of a relationship doesn't care for you and isn't worth dating.

I don't think that Sierra would be very happy if she knew you not only wrote her name on the internet, but told everyone what she's been doing.

Now for a spelling lesson;

olld = old
tat = that
what = what
aout = about
wans = wants
I don't know = I don't know

Also, if your boyfriend is 7 then you're in big trouble!

The fact that you can't spell makes it even clearer that you're not ready for sex.

Keep you legs crossed.

What can you do legally?

You can hold hands.
You can talk.
You can be supervised by a parent when you are together.
You can study (and by your spelling, you NEED to study).
You can break up.
You can go to church.

There are LOTS of things that you can do that don't involve ANY sort of sexual activity.

Once again, we do NOT allow text speak here. If you continue to use text speak and not proof your posts for spelling errors they will be removed.

Please read my previous posts. If your 17 yr old boyfriend is pressuring you for sex them dump him. He doesn't care about you.

The age of consent in Kansas is 16, in Missouri its 17. So either way you are jail bait.

The messed up post of the day. Anyway, he probably is a loser because he is trying to have sex with a 14 year old. Do your parents not care about you? You would think if they did then you wouldn't be wanting to have sex and you might be doing a little better in school. Especially with spelling. Make this guy aware that if he does have sex with you then he will probably go to jail. Think about it, you said your "friend" had sex with a 17 year old when she was 12 and he went to jail. There is only two years difference in your age and her age then. It still wouldn't be consentual now would it?

It stil wouldn't be consentual now would it?

It doesn't matter whether its consensual or not. She is under the age of consent so whether she agrees to the sex or not doesn't have any bearing on whether he gets convicted of statutory rape.

That's all I was trying to say is that it doesn't matter. Thanks!
