My new Ultra wash is not cleaning properly. It is only a year old. I have found no obvious drain or clogged problems. Could it be the water inlet valve?

Maybe the screen at the bottom of the tub needs cleaned out. You have to remove the plastic seive and take out all the old food that has collected in this area. The intake has nothing to do with the problem. The problem is inside the bottom of the tub area.
