My boyfriend is on felony probation. He broke a bmw window, stole the person's laptop and money. And had to serve 8months in county. First violation was having a picture of a him and a friend whose also on probation holding weed. The judge said you couldn't tell what the picture was. But my boyfriend said it was weed and was given 240 hours of community service. His second violation was dirty pee test. He pop a pill the night before. Its like a thizz pill and now been in jail for 2 weeks. I mean he doing good. He is going to culinary school, has been attending his aa meetings, and been really nice to his po and been seeing her for every appointment. Do you know how much time he will get in jail. He is going to court on jan. 6

This is all up to the judge. But I can say that since the Judge was not amused at the pot photo and gave him 240 hours of community service and your boyfriend still has not learned not to mock this judge, more than likely he will be back in county doing some time. And your remark about "I mean he doing good" seems a bit out of place. This guy seems to do whatever he wants to do and totally disregards what the Judge has ordered him to do.

No one can really predict what a Judge will do when it comes to probation violation hearings and sentencing.

OK, he admitted to being around drugs, and then was stupid enough to be using drugs while on probation, knowing he is taking a drug test, so no he is doing bad, I guess at least he has not stolen things, if that is what you consider good.

He is showing he has no respect for the rules and no desire to follow the judges orders.
I would say at least a few months in jail or even his entire probatoin time
