I haven't had a period in 2 months. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I graduated High School last may and was very active and have gained some weight since, but I'm thinking it is because I'm not active. My period wasn't regular before but I haven't been as stressed. Could gaining weight in a short time have anything to do with a missed period?

Yes, weight change can have an effect on your period.
You might want to go see your doctor just to make sure that there's nothing wrong.

You should go to a doctor and get them to give you a test. You could be pregnant, or it could be something else.
Any number of things can cause a missed period. It could be a vitamin deficiency, or a change in hormones or routine or diet, or anything. If your period wasn't regular to begin with, then it could be anything.
I trip to a doctor will not only tell you if you're pregnant, but might even be able to tell you why you've missed periods.
