A co-worker in which we were good friends has placed a judgement against me,I cancelled my direct depositand almost emptied the account.the cowrker is friends with the girl in payroll, and they both have signed privacy forms,if I open a different account and reapply for direst deposit is that proof they released my banking info and is the company responsible to keep my info out of their sight or release, any extra tips on handleing this matter is appreciated.

Nahh... There's plenty of ways they can find out that stuff.. The answer?? Don't open a new account... They WILL find it eventually.

Close all bank accounts, if you have 30 dollars in one, and have a 20 dollar check written, they get the 30 dolars and your check bounce and you have to pay all sorts of check fees.

So no bank accounts what so ever, if your company knows the account number, the court can get that info from them.

Next of course they may just garnish your pay check for the percentage allowed by your state, nothing can stop that.

So get written check, cash it, pay with cash and money orders
