I have an Armstrong heater with no power to thermostat. Could this be an easy fix?

Yes have power to furnace. Can turn fan on with the switch on the thermostat. This is an outside heat and air unit. Last night I took the cover off and the circuit board usually has an LED light on but it wasn't on either. I replaced the combustion air blower and the circuit board last year, but nothing worked then. Other posts I have looked at says transformer is the common problem. Will check that out when its daylight. Thanks, Outlaw

Well I went out this morning, snow everywhere even in the unit, took a brush and cleaned it out. Took cover off the circuit board found a fuse pulled it out, Fuse was good, put it back in and it must of reset something. It turned on but didn't fire up. Got to checking everything ,and the vacume pod was working but the micro switch wasn't, got my knife out and popped out the switch and WAH LAH IT WORKS. My wife is happy with me (TILL THE SWITCH DOESN'T POP OUT AGAIN) and I'll have to go reset it again, but at 17 degrees heat is heat, will try to find me a new switch tomorrow when something should be open, thanks, for the response I received and hope this might help someone else if they have the same problem. By the way this vacume pod is right by an outside louver, I am going to move it so the snow can't get to the switch again, that's what I think happened to the switch.

Glad to hear you have heat. Definitely replace the switch asap. Take care.
