My husband got arrested on a Motion to Revoke probation. This is his first time to violate. His probation was for 4yrs.for Bulgary of a Habitat. He failed to pay some fines on time and failed to send in some report forms. He lost jobs due to economy. Will they reinstate probation or what will happen??

Had to say, did the judge have a good day or did he have a fight with his wife that night.
Most likely if he tells them a plan to make payments and the such, they will give him another chance.

Hello 23:
A technical violation could have been handled without an arrest... Because they DID arrest him, means they want him inside for a while. How long? Who knows?

Ok thanks guys. Good news I paid off his delinquent fines and talked to his PO and she says they will probably reinstate his probation. If he does have to serve time she said it would be for 6-9months. Hopefully no jail time Coz he still has his old job and is in college. I'm just praying for the best.

OK I was also wondering how long it takes them to transport him back to the county that had the warrant out for him for the Motion to Revoke. He has been in Nueces County TX since last Sunday the 21st of December. Rusk County TX is where this is coming from.
