I had a miscarrage in nov.
I am not yet trying again, but I'm not being very careful.

Any advise on better things to do this next tmie.
How long to wait?
Taking things or eating right?
What are my chances?

You should wait up to 3 months before trying again... depending on how far along you were. 6 weeks at the least.

There is no way one can predict a miscarriage unless you have certain underlying medical conditions.

What to eat? Eat healthy, start taking prenatal vitamins now.

I was 8 weeks ago.
It was nov 1 when it happened so almost been 2 months.
So we should wait about another month?
I try to eat healthy, and I take the prenatal vit about every other day. I haven't been talking them every day like I use to.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I am a volunteer here and your last post was Christmas Eve. I have been busy celebrating the holidays with family and friends. Doesn't leave too much time to post here.

Now, you should be taking the prenatals every day, then start trying again in a few weeks to a month. Remember that we will never know what caused the miscarriage and with every pregnancy there is always a risk for miscarriage. This is something that we cannot predict.
