New craftman 42 inch snow thrower and the lift will lift left side but will not lift right side

Hi,
If it so new, you ought to be able to provide that model number. Old ones it get mutilated, etc. but a new ought to be a cinch; so someone can help. They are not much here in the South, but others have more experience.

Are you talking about the skids? This is a tractor mounted unit, right?
