I bet you live in a cold area and the fan exhaust duct goes into an unheated attic. The house may have a positive air pressure, or the duct has significant rise, and the 'chimney effect' is drawing warm humid air up into the cold duct. The water condenses out as it cools and runs back down the tube and drips out of the fan. Get that duct down below the insulation or somehow insulate it to keep it warm and the problem should go away. Also make certain the damper on the fan is working properly. This will slow down the air flow a bit, although if the house has a net positive pressure you may still have trouble.
Fortunately I just ran into that problem and it was fresh on my mind or I wouldn't have bothered answering such a poorly worded, spelled and punctuated question.
