Another old obscure animated movie I was wondering about. In this one, I saw it ONCE on cartoon network as part of their random movie screenings when I was young.

I remember the story was about a boy goblin thing, and he was a nice, gentle goblin, but he was also the prince, and everyone was mean to him for it. Hsi father was a big 2 headed dragon looking thing I think? Anyway, in one scene, the prince was with a group of other goblindemon things, and they made him snap a rope bridge or something? And said he either did, or tried to kill one of them, and the council banished him or yelled at him or something. I really don't remember much else. It was up in the mountains though.

Ooh! The little boy had a tail, he wore a blue or purple coat, and had a red crown. And black hair I think.

It was called The Little Troll Prince. I feel like an idiot, but just found it on a wikipedia list haha.
