I have had my iud since dec. 2007 with nothing but normal periods. Now suddenly for the past 2 months I haven't really had a period its been spotty brown discharge.I have also gained 10 lbs in the past 2 months with some random mood swings. Could I possibly be pregnant?

Hi, I know you posted this a while back but maybe you can help me find a peace of mind... I have a Coper IUD for 9 months now, and I'm not a fan of it, but so far it has worked fine, discharge every month, from clear to a yellowish color, but nothing too dramatic... Now this month it was different, instead of having a period I got brown discharge, no spotting just discharge... the weird thing about it is that I bled three times, and I notice that I bled only when I lifted my boys ( I got a 3 yrs old and a 5 yrs old) the heavier it was the more I bled... I went to the Doc, he did a regular annual check up, a urine pregnancy test, but that was that! I am worry, because I still haven't gotten my period and I'm 14 days late, and I'm getting some of the sings I got with my first pregnancy... I keep thinking that it 's imposible since the chance of me being pregnant is 0.8%, and the urine test was negative... but I'm going crazy because I'm also getting some cramps and I feel hormonal... Where you pregnant? Did all the symptoms go away?
