My Samsung SGH-B520 is giving me problem. Whenever I switch on the mobile, it goes in a Hang state and continuously keeps on giving me a error message which says 'Please Wait!' and nothing else happens.

Anyone knows this issue, if yes then help me please

Pull the battery out, make sure the SIM card is correctly seated and reboot from there.
